    From the center of Paterson, head to the nearest NJ Transit bus stop. Take the NJ Transit bus number 164 towards New York Port Authority. The bus will take you directly to New York City. Once you arrive at the Port Authority, exit the bus and walk to the nearby 8th Avenue subway station. Take the A train towards Inwood-207 St. Travel for about 15 minutes and get off at the 155th Street station. From the station, walk west on 155th Street for about 5 minutes until you reach Holcombe Rucker Park at 280 W 155th St.

  • Train and Subway

    Make your way to the Paterson Train Station. Board a NJ Transit train on the Hoboken Line towards Hoboken. Transfer at Secaucus Junction to catch an NJ Transit train towards New York Penn Station. Upon arriving at Penn Station, follow the signs to the subway and take the A train towards Inwood-207 St. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 155th Street station. Exit the station and walk west on 155th Street for 5 minutes to reach Holcombe Rucker Park at 280 W 155th St.
