From Paterson, head to the nearest NJ Transit bus stop. Take the NJ Transit bus #190 towards New York Port Authority. The bus will take you directly to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. Once you arrive, exit the terminal and walk to 40th Street. Turn left on 40th Street, and walk west for about 5 minutes. Midtown Comics will be on your right at 200 W 40th St.

Make your way to the Paterson train station. Board a NJ Transit train on the Main/Bergen County Line towards Hoboken. Transfer at Secaucus Junction to a train bound for Penn Station, New York. Once at Penn Station, exit and head to 8th Avenue. Walk north on 8th Avenue until you reach 40th Street, then turn left. Midtown Comics will be on your right at 200 W 40th St.

If you are already in the downtown area of Paterson, you can take a scenic walk. Head towards Broadway and walk south until you reach Market Street. Turn left on Market Street and continue walking until you reach the Passaic River. Follow the river pathway towards the south until you reach the NJ Transit station. From there, you can choose to take a bus or train as instructed above.
