Public Transit
From Paterson, walk to the nearest NJ Transit bus stop. Take Bus 190 towards New York Port Authority. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the bus stop on 42nd Street and 8th Avenue in Manhattan. From there, walk to the subway entrance at 42nd Street and 8th Avenue. Take the E train towards World Trade Center. At 53rd Street and 5th Avenue, transfer to the Q train towards 96th Street. Ride the Q train for 5 stops and get off at the 63rd Street and Lexington Avenue station. Exit the station, and walk east on 63rd Street until you reach the entrance of the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge Path.

If you are near the Paterson Great Falls, head southeast on McBride Avenue towards the intersection with Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street and walk straight until you reach the NJ Transit train station. Board the train heading towards Hoboken. Transfer at Secaucus Junction to a train towards New York Penn Station. Once you arrive at Penn Station, follow the signs to the subway. Take the Q line from 34th Street-Herald Square towards 96th Street. Get off at 63rd Street and Lexington Avenue, and walk east on 63rd Street until you reach the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge Path.
