Public Bus
From downtown Paterson, walk to the Paterson Bus Terminal located at 51 East Broadway. Look for NJ Transit bus number 165, which will take you to the George Washington Bridge Bus Station. Once you arrive, exit the bus and walk to the bus terminal exit. From there, catch the MTA bus number M4 towards Inwood. Get off at the stop on Broadway near 4140 Broadway, which is the United Palace. The total travel time should be around 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic.
Train and Subway
Walk to the Paterson Train Station located at 300 Erie Blvd. Take the NJ Transit train on the Main Line towards Hoboken. Transfer at Secaucus Junction to the train towards New York Penn Station. From Penn Station, follow the signs to the subway and catch the A train towards Inwood-207th Street. Get off at the 175th Street station. Walk north on St. Nicholas Avenue until you reach Broadway, then turn right. Walk a few blocks until you reach 4140 Broadway, the United Palace. The total travel time should be approximately 1.5 hours.
Walking and Subway
If you're feeling adventurous, you can walk to the nearest subway station. Head towards the 1st Avenue and 15th Street intersection and walk for about 20 minutes to reach the nearest subway station (1 train). Take the 1 train towards Van Cortlandt Park-242nd Street and get off at the 179th Street station. From there, you can walk to Broadway, turn left, and continue until you reach 4140 Broadway, the United Palace. The total travel time will be roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes.
