    Getting There

    Bus

    From Paterson, head to the nearest bus stop and take the NJ Transit bus #190 towards New York Port Authority. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop near 42nd Street and 8th Avenue in Manhattan. From there, transfer to the subway and take the 6 train from 42nd Street - Grand Central Station towards Brooklyn Bridge - City Hall. Get off at the Brooklyn Bridge - City Hall station. Once you exit the station, walk towards the East River, and you will see the Two Bridges area.

    Train

    Walk to the Paterson train station and board a NJ Transit train towards New York Penn Station. The trip takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at New York Penn Station, exit the station and walk to 34th Street. Transfer to the F subway line towards Brooklyn. Get off at the East Broadway station, and then walk east towards the Two Bridges area. It should take about 10-15 minutes on foot.

    Walking

    If you are near the center of Paterson, you can walk to the Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park. From there, head south on McBride Avenue toward Market Street. Continue on Market Street until you reach the bus terminal, where you can catch a bus to New York. Note that this is a longer route and would take you approximately 1 hour of walking to reach the bus terminal.
