Driving
If you're driving from downtown Princeton, head north on Nassau Street towards the intersection with Mercer Street. Turn right onto Mercer Street (Route 1), and continue for approximately 1 mile. You will pass the Princeton Shopping Center on your left. After passing the shopping center, take a left onto Mercer Road. The Clarke House Museum will be on your right at 500 Mercer Road. There is parking available on-site.
Public Transportation
For those using public transit, you can catch the NJ Transit bus #605 from the Princeton Junction station towards Trenton. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Mercer Street and Mercer Road. From there, it is a short walk (about 0.3 miles) to the Clarke House Museum. Head east on Mercer Road, and the museum will be on your left at 500 Mercer Road.
Biking
Biking from the center of Princeton to Clarke House Museum is a pleasant option. You can rent a bike from a local shop or use a bike-sharing service. Start on Nassau Street heading north, then turn right onto Mercer Street. Continue for about 1 mile before turning left onto Mercer Road. The museum will be on your right. There are bike racks available for parking your bike.
