    Walk

    From your current location in Red Bank, head towards the Red Bank train station located at 176 Monmouth St. Once there, take the NJ Transit train heading towards New York Penn Station. The train ride will take approximately 1 hour. After arriving at Penn Station, transfer to the subway system. Follow the signs to the A, C, or E trains. Board the A or C train heading towards Brooklyn and get off at the Jay St - MetroTech station. From there, transfer to the R train towards Bay Ridge and get off at the 36th St station. Exit the station and walk about 5 minutes to 220 36th St, Brooklyn, NY 11232.

    Bus

    Start at the Red Bank train station, and take the NJ Transit bus #834 towards New York. Ride the bus until you reach the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City. From the terminal, you can catch the subway. Head to the A or C subway lines and take it to the Jay St - MetroTech station. Transfer to the R train at this station towards Bay Ridge and disembark at the 36th St stop. Walk about 5 minutes to your destination at 220 36th St, Brooklyn, NY 11232.
