Walking
Start at the Red Bank Train Station. Head southeast on W Front St toward Maple Ave. Continue on W Front St for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Broad St. Turn left onto Broad St and walk for another 0.2 miles. As you reach the end of Broad St, take a right onto Monmouth St. Continue walking until you reach the Red Bank Riverwalk. Follow the Riverwalk along the Navesink River for about 0.3 miles. You will arrive at the Red Bank Public Library. From there, head back to Broad St and take a right. Walk straight for about 0.4 miles to reach the Red Bank Arts District. You will find various shops and eateries here. After exploring, you can either take a local bus or continue walking for another 0.5 miles to reach the bus stop that connects to New York City services.

From the Red Bank Train Station, board the NJ Transit bus #832 towards New York Port Authority. The bus stop is located directly in front of the station. Stay on the bus for approximately 40 minutes. You will be dropped off at the New York Port Authority Bus Terminal. From there, take a short walk to 5th Ave. Head east on W 42nd St toward 5th Ave, then turn left onto 5th Ave. Continue walking for about 0.2 miles and you will arrive at the Museum of Sex located at 233 5th Ave.

From the Red Bank Train Station, board a North Jersey Coast Line train towards New York Penn Station. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at New York Penn Station, exit the station and walk towards 34th St. Head east on 34th St toward 6th Ave, then turn left onto 6th Ave. Continue walking until you reach W 23rd St. Turn right onto W 23rd St and walk towards 5th Ave. Finally, turn left onto 5th Ave and walk for about 0.4 miles to reach the Museum of Sex at 233 5th Ave.
