After arriving at Grand Central Terminal, follow the signs to the main concourse and exit the station.

After exiting Grand Central Terminal, walk towards 42nd Street and enter the subway station. Take the 4, 5, 6, or 7 train heading downtown (south). Get off at 42nd Street - Bryant Park station. From there, exit the subway and walk south on 6th Avenue until you reach Madison Avenue.
