Train

From Red Bank, walk to the Red Bank train station, which is located at 176 Riverside Ave. Once at the station, purchase a ticket for a northbound train to New York Penn Station. The train ride will take approximately 1 hour. Upon arrival at Penn Station, follow the signs to the subway or exit the station into Midtown Manhattan. Walk to 45th Street, heading east until you reach 160 W 45th St, where RiseNY is located.

Bicycle

If you prefer to ride a bike, you can use a bike-sharing service available in Red Bank. Rent a bike and head along the scenic Navesink River waterfront towards the Monmouth County Bike Path. Follow the path to connect to the Henry Hudson Trail, which will lead you north. Once you reach the northern end of the trail, navigate towards the nearest major roads leading into New York City. Once in Manhattan, continue to 45th St and locate 160 W 45th St for RiseNY.
