    From Red Bank Station, take the North Jersey Coast Line train towards New York Penn Station. The journey will take approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at New York Penn Station, exit the station and follow the signs to the 34th Street exit. Walk east on 34th Street towards 5th Avenue, then turn right onto 5th Avenue. Continue walking until you reach 45th Street, then turn left. The United Nations Headquarters will be on your right at 405 E 45th St.

    Head to the Red Bank Bus Terminal and take the NJ Transit bus route 835 towards New York Port Authority. The ride will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Upon arrival at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and walk to 42nd Street. From there, head east towards 5th Avenue and turn right. Walk north on 5th Avenue until you reach 45th Street, then turn left. The United Nations Headquarters will be located at 405 E 45th St on your right.
