Getting There

    From Red Bank, walk to the nearby Red Bank train station and take the NJ Transit North Jersey Coast Line train towards Bay Head. Get off at the Long Branch station. From Long Branch, walk to the nearby Long Branch Ferry Terminal. Take the ferry to Sandy Hook. Once you arrive at the Sandy Hook ferry terminal, follow the signs to Sandy Hook Lighthouse, which is approximately a 1-mile walk along the scenic path.

    From Red Bank, walk to the bus stop at Broad St & Monmouth St. Take the NJ Transit Bus No. 834 towards Sea Bright. Get off at the Sandy Hook Gateway National Recreation Area stop.
