If you're in Red Bank, start by heading to the Red Bank train station located at 176 Shrewsbury Ave. From there, take a NJ Transit train on the North Jersey Coast Line towards New York Penn Station. The train ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at New York Penn Station, exit the station and walk to 8th Ave. Take a right and head south until you reach 14th St. Here, you will find the A, C, or E subway lines at the 14th St station. Board the A or C train heading downtown. After 4 stops, get off at the Canal St station. Exit the station and head east towards the Bowery and then take a left on Bowery. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the Two Bridges area.

Once at the station, board a NJ Transit train on the North Jersey Coast Line towards New York Penn Station. After riding 4 stops, disembark at Canal St. From there, walk east towards the Bowery and turn left. Continue for about 10 minutes to arrive at Two Bridges.
