From the Seaside Heights Boardwalk, head west towards Ocean Terrace and turn left onto Ocean Terrace. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Central Avenue. Turn right onto Central Avenue and walk until you reach the bus stop at the corner of Central Avenue and Route 35. Board the NJ Transit bus #834 towards Red Bank. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at the Red Bank stop. From there, Riverside Gardens Park is a short walk away. Head east on West Front Street, then turn left onto Riverside Avenue. The park will be on your right.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops along the Seaside Heights Boardwalk. Head west along the boardwalk until you reach the end, then take the bike path that goes along the beach towards Route 35. Follow the bike lane on Route 35 north for about 3 miles until you reach Red Bank. Keep an eye out for Riverside Gardens Park on your right as you approach the downtown area.
