Start at the Trenton Train Station. Purchase a ticket for a SEPTA train heading towards Philadelphia. Board the train and enjoy the scenic ride. Get off at the 69th Street Terminal in Upper Darby. From there, transfer to the Market-Frankford Line (Blue Line) at the 69th Street Station and take it towards Frankford Transportation Center. Get off at the 15th Street Station. Exit the station and follow the signs to the City Hall/Philadelphia Museum of Art.
