From Trenton Train Station, exit the station and walk towards the bus stop located at 1 River Rd. Take NJ Transit Bus 601 towards Philadelphia and get off at the last stop, which is in Center City Philadelphia. From there, walk south on S 15th St towards Chestnut St, then turn right onto Chestnut St. Continue walking until you reach S Christopher Columbus Blvd. Turn left and walk a short distance to find the Independence Seaport Museum at 211 S Christopher Columbus Blvd.

Begin at the Trenton Transit Center and board the NJ Transit train heading to Philadelphia. Once you arrive at the 30th Street Station in Philadelphia, exit the train and follow the signs to the Market-Frankford Line subway. Take the subway towards Frankford and get off at 69th Street. Transfer to the bus route 17 towards Center City and get off at S Christopher Columbus Blvd. The Independence Seaport Museum will be a short walk from there.
