From Trenton's NJ Transit Train Station, take the NJ Transit bus #601 towards Philadelphia. Stay on the bus for about 40 minutes. Get off at the 'Philadelphia Museum of Art' stop. Once you disembark, walk towards the large staircase leading up to the museum. The Perelman Building is located adjacent to the main museum entrance.

From Trenton's NJ Transit Train Station, board a NJ Transit train on the North Jersey Coast Line heading towards Philadelphia. The trip takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 30th Street Station in Philadelphia. From there, you can catch the SEPTA bus #38 towards the 'Philadelphia Museum of Art' and disembark at the appropriate stop.
