Get off at the 135th Street subway station. After exiting the station, walk west on 135th Street until you reach Frederick Douglass Boulevard. Turn left (south) on Frederick Douglass Boulevard, then take a right onto 133rd Street. Bill's Place will be on your left at 148 W 133rd St.

    From Jersey City, locate the NJ Transit bus stop. Take the NJ Transit 87 bus towards New York City. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop at 135th Street and Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd. Walk east on 135th Street until you reach Frederick Douglass Boulevard. Turn left (north) on Frederick Douglass Boulevard, then turn right onto 133rd Street. Bill's Place will be on your left at 148 W 133rd St.

    Head to the nearest ferry terminal in Jersey City, which is the Liberty State Park Ferry Terminal. Take the ferry to Manhattan. Once you arrive, disembark and walk to the nearest subway station. Take the subway (1 train) to the 137th Street-City College station. From there, walk east on 137th Street until you reach Frederick Douglass Boulevard. Turn right (south) on Frederick Douglass Boulevard, and then turn left onto 133rd Street. Bill's Place will be located on your left at 148 W 133rd St.
