Public Transit
From Jersey City, take the PATH train from the Exchange Place station towards 33rd Street. Get off at the 33rd Street station and transfer to the subway. Take the E train towards World Trade Center and get off at the 42nd Street – Port Authority Bus Terminal station. From there, transfer to the B or D train towards The Bronx. Get off at the Fordham Road station. Once you exit the station, walk north on Grand Concourse for about 10 minutes until you reach Poe Park located between E. 192 St. and E. Kingsbridge Rd.

From Jersey City, head to the nearest NJ Transit bus stop and take the NJ Transit Bus #87 towards the Bronx. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop at Grand Concourse and E. Kingsbridge Rd. Walk into Poe Park, located directly on the corner of Grand Concourse and E. Kingsbridge Rd.
