Getting There

• PATH Train

  Start by heading to the nearest PATH train station in Jersey City, such as the Exchange Place or Journal Square station. Purchase a ticket to 33rd Street, Manhattan. Board the PATH train heading towards 33rd Street. Once you arrive at the 33rd Street station, exit the train and follow the signs to the street level. From there, walk to the nearest subway station, which is the 34th Street-Herald Square station, and take the C train towards 168th Street. Get off at the 168th Street station and transfer to the A train towards Inwood-207th Street. Finally, get off at the 125th Street station and head west towards Riverside Drive. Walk a few blocks until you reach Riverbank State Park at 679 Riverside Drive.

• Bus

  Locate the nearest bus stop in Jersey City. You can take the NJ Transit Bus #126 towards New York Port Authority Bus Terminal. Ride the bus until you reach the terminal. Once at the Port Authority, follow the signs to the subway station and take the A train towards Inwood-207th Street. Get off at the 125th Street station, and then walk west towards Riverside Drive. Continue walking until you reach Riverbank State Park at 679 Riverside Drive.

• Ferry

  Head to the nearest ferry terminal in Jersey City, which is the Paulus Hook Ferry Terminal. Purchase a ticket for the NY Waterway ferry to Pier 11/Wall Street in Manhattan. Once you arrive at Pier 11, transfer to the subway at the Wall Street station and take the 2 or 4 train uptown. Get off at the 125th Street station and walk west towards Riverside Drive. Riverbank State Park is located at 679 Riverside Drive.
