Walking
Start from the Wildwood Boardwalk at the intersection of E. 26th Avenue and the boardwalk. Head north along the boardwalk, enjoying the ocean views, until you reach the end of the boardwalk at E. 26th Avenue. Turn left onto E. 26th Avenue and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Central Avenue. Turn right onto Central Avenue and walk north. Continue straight on Central Avenue for about half a mile, passing residential areas and shops. The Hereford Inlet Lighthouse will be on your left, at 111 N Central Ave, North Wildwood, NJ 08260.
Biking
If you have a bicycle, start at the Wildwood Boardwalk. Ride north along the boardwalk until it ends. Once you reach E. 26th Avenue, continue straight onto E. 26th Avenue until you reach Central Avenue. Turn right onto Central Avenue and bike north for approximately half a mile. The Hereford Inlet Lighthouse will be on your left at 111 N Central Ave, North Wildwood, NJ 08260.
Public Transport
From anywhere in Wildwood, locate the nearest bus stop for the NJ Transit Route 315 (which runs between Cape May and Atlantic City). Board the bus heading toward North Wildwood. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Central Avenue. Once you disembark, walk north on Central Avenue for about a quarter of a mile. The Hereford Inlet Lighthouse will be on your left at 111 N Central Ave, North Wildwood, NJ 08260.
