    Getting There

    Public Bus

    From downtown Albuquerque, you can take the ABQ RIDE bus number 155 towards 'Atrisco Dr NW'. Board the bus at the Central Station located at 1st St SW and Central Ave SW. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Atrisco Dr NW. From there, walk north on Atrisco Dr NW for about 0.5 miles until you reach the Boca Negra Canyon entrance.

    Bicycle

    If you're up for some exercise, you can rent a bicycle from a local shop in Albuquerque. Start from the Albuquerque BioPark, head west on Central Ave, then take a left on 98th St SW. Continue on 98th St SW until you reach Atrisco Dr NW, then turn right. Follow Atrisco Dr NW for about 1 mile to reach the Boca Negra Canyon entrance.

    Walking

    For those who prefer walking, start at the Albuquerque Plaza (located in downtown). Head west on Central Ave towards 4th St, then turn left onto 4th St and walk until you reach the intersection with Atrisco Dr NW. Turn right on Atrisco Dr NW and continue walking for approximately 1.5 miles. Boca Negra Canyon will be on your left.
