To reach the Petroglyph National Monument from downtown Albuquerque, catch the ABQ RIDE Bus Route 66 at the Central Ave & 1st St stop. Ride the bus northbound for approximately 25 minutes, then disembark at the stop at Western Trail NW. From there, it is a short walk to the entrance of the monument. Make sure to check the bus schedule for any delays or changes.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in downtown Albuquerque. Head west on Central Ave towards the Rio Grande. Once you reach the river, follow the bike path north until you reach Montano Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue west on Montano Rd NW, then turn south onto Western Trail NW. The Petroglyph National Monument will be ahead.
