    Getting There

    Walking

    From the center of Los Alamos, head northeast on Central Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with NM-502. Turn left onto NM-502 and follow the sidewalk along the highway. After approximately 1.5 miles, look for the Anderson Overlook sign on your left. The overlook is located just off the road, where you can enjoy scenic views of the surrounding area.

    Biking

    If you have a bicycle, start from the Los Alamos Visitor Center located at 475 20th Street. Head south on 20th Street until you reach Central Avenue. Turn left on Central Avenue and continue to NM-502. Turn right onto NM-502 and follow the bike lane along the highway. After biking for about 1.5 miles, keep an eye out for the Anderson Overlook sign on the left. There is a small area to park your bike once you arrive.

    Public Transport

    Currently, there isn't a direct public transport route to Anderson Overlook. However, you can take a local shuttle or arrange a ride-share service from the Los Alamos town center to NM-502. Once dropped off at NM-502, walk east for about 0.5 miles until you see the Anderson Overlook sign on your right.
