If you are traveling by car, start on NM-44 from any location in Northeast New Mexico. Merge onto NM-68 S towards Taos. Follow NM-68 S for approximately 30 miles until you reach the intersection with NM-502. Turn left onto NM-502 and continue for about 12 miles. You will pass through the town of Los Alamos. Continue straight on NM-502 until you reach the turn for Unnamed Road. The Pueblo Loop Trail trailhead is located on Unnamed Road, just off NM-502. There is no specific parking lot, but you can park along the road.

For those using public transportation, you can take the New Mexico Park and Ride bus service from nearby cities such as Santa Fe to Los Alamos. Check the schedule for the bus that goes to Los Alamos and get off at the nearest stop to NM-502. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1 mile along NM-502 towards the Pueblo Loop Trail. Please note that this may require some additional walking as public transportation does not go directly to the trailhead.
