For those using public transportation, take the ABQ Ride bus #12 from downtown Albuquerque to the Sandia Peak Tramway. Once you arrive at the tramway, you will need to either walk or take a rideshare service (such as Uber or Lyft) to DOC LONG PICNIC AREA. The picnic area is about a 1.5-mile drive from the tramway. Ensure to check the bus schedule ahead of time for the most convenient travel times.
