From the Sandia Peak Tramway base station, head southeast on NM-556 E. Follow the signs for the tramway exit until you reach the intersection with NM-14 S. Merge onto NM-14 S and continue for about 5 miles. Turn left onto Frost Rd NE, then take a right onto Cumbre Del Sur Ct NE. The destination, 4901 Cumbre Del Sur Ct NE, will be on your left. Note that parking may be available on the street, but please be mindful of local parking regulations.

From the Sandia Peak Tramway, walk to the nearest bus stop located on NM-556 E. Take the ABQ RIDE bus Route 2 towards the Albuquerque International Sunport. After approximately 30 minutes, transfer at the Central Ave @ 8th St stop to bus Route 66. Ride Route 66 for about 20 minutes until you reach the stop on Cumbre Del Sur Ct NE. From there, it's a short walk to 4901 Cumbre Del Sur Ct NE. Keep in mind that a one-way bus fare is $1.00, and be sure to check the latest bus schedules for accurate timings.
