From the Sandia Peak Tramway parking lot, head south on Sandia Crest Road for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with NM-536. Turn left onto NM-536 and continue for approximately 2 miles. At the junction, merge onto I-25 South toward Albuquerque. After about 8 miles, take exit 231B toward Academy Rd NE. Merge onto Academy Rd NE and continue for approximately 3 miles.
