    From the center of Shiprock, head west on US-491 N toward CO-140 W. Continue on US-491 N for approximately 37 miles until you reach the intersection with CO-160 W. Turn right onto CO-160 W and follow the signs toward Mesa Verde National Park. After about 20 miles, you will see signs for the park entrance. Enter the park and follow the park road to the Wetherill Mesa parking area. From there, take the tram route to Long House.

    Start at the Shiprock Transit Center. Take the bus heading towards Farmington, NM. Once in Farmington, transfer to a bus service that goes towards Cortez, CO. From Cortez, you may need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to take you to Mesa Verde National Park. Once at the park, head to the Wetherill Mesa parking area and take the tram route to Long House.
