If you are starting from the Socorro Public Library, head east on 5th Street towards the intersection with California Street. Turn left onto California Street and continue for about 0.3 miles. You will pass local shops and cafes along the way. As you approach the intersection with 3rd Street, you will see the Socorro Historic Plaza ahead on your right. The plaza is located at approximately 34.0573° N latitude and -106.8934° W longitude.

From the Socorro County Courthouse, exit the building and walk south on the courthouse steps towards 3rd Street. Turn right onto 3rd Street and walk west for about 0.4 miles. You will pass by various local businesses. The Socorro Historic Plaza will be on your left as you reach the intersection with California Street. The plaza is a well-known gathering place and should be bustling with activity.
