If you're traveling by car, take NY-30 towards Speculator. From the center of Speculator, continue on NY-30 North for about 3 miles. You will see Pig Rock located along the roadside at the coordinates 43.564783, -74.396689. There is no dedicated parking lot, but you can safely pull off to the side of the road. Be cautious of traffic while exiting your vehicle.
Public Transportation
For those relying on public transportation, take the Adirondack Trailways bus to the town of Speculator. Once you arrive in Speculator, you can either walk or use a rideshare app to reach Pig Rock. The distance from the bus stop in Speculator to Pig Rock is approximately 3 miles, so walking may take around an hour or more depending on your pace. If you choose to walk, head north on NY-30, and be aware that there may not be sidewalks for parts of the journey.
Bicycle
