If you're starting from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport, take the NFTA Metro Bus Route 204 towards the downtown area. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 'Niagara Square' stop. From there, you will see Buffalo City Hall directly in front of you at 65 Niagara Square. It’s a short walk and will take you approximately 5 minutes.

If you are in the vicinity of the Buffalo Waterfront, head north towards the Main Street. Once you reach Main Street, take a right and walk along Main Street until you reach Niagara Square. Buffalo City Hall will be located on the left side at 65 Niagara Square. This walk will take about 20 minutes.

From the Buffalo Central Terminal, take the NFTA Metro Rail towards the 'University' station. After 4 stops, get off at 'Shea's Performing Arts Center' station.
