The ride will take about 10 minutes. Once you arrive at Erie Canal Harbor, exit the station and walk south towards the waterfront. Canalside is located at 44 Prime St, just a short 5-minute walk from the metro station.

If you are near the Buffalo City Hall, you can walk to Canalside. Start by heading west on Niagara Square towards the intersection with N. Pearl St. Turn right onto N. Pearl St and continue until you reach W. Huron St. Turn left onto W. Huron St. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Prime St. Turn right onto Prime St, and Canalside will be at 44 Prime St, about a 20-minute walk from City Hall.
Biking
For those who prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the nearby bike-sharing stations in downtown Buffalo. Start at one of the stations near the Buffalo Convention Center. Head west on W. Mohawk St until you reach the waterfront. Once you arrive at the waterfront area, follow the bike path along the water, which will lead you directly to Canalside. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes.
