Get off at the stop closest to the intersection of Elmwood Avenue and Parkside Avenue. From there, walk north on Parkside Avenue for about 0.3 miles until you reach the entrance of The Buffalo Zoo at 300 Parkside Ave.

    Public Transit - Metro Rail

    If you're near the Metro Rail station in downtown Buffalo, board the train heading towards University station. After about 10 minutes, get off at the Allen-Medical Campus station.
