Get off at the last stop, University station. From there, transfer to the NFTA bus 40 (Niagara Falls route) at the bus terminal nearby. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at the Niagara Falls Welcome Center. Once you arrive at the Welcome Center, it’s about a 15-minute walk to Casino Niagara. Head east on Falls Avenue, and you will find Casino Niagara on your left at 5705 Falls Ave.
