From downtown Buffalo, head to the NFTA Metro Bus Terminal located at 181 Ellicott St. Take Bus 40 towards the 'Niagara Falls' route. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the stop 'Niagara Falls Boulevard & York Road.' From there, it's a short walk of about 10 minutes. Head northwest on Niagara Falls Boulevard, then turn right onto York Road. Continue on York Road until you reach Château des Charmes at 1025 York Rd.

Take the Amtrak train from Buffalo-Depew Station (located at 55 Dick Rd) to Niagara Falls, NY. Once you arrive at Niagara Falls, transfer to Bus 40 towards the 'Niagara Falls' route. Get off at 'Niagara Falls Boulevard & York Road' stop. From there, walk northwest on Niagara Falls Boulevard and then turn right onto York Road. Continue straight for about 10 minutes to reach Château des Charmes at 1025 York Rd.
