From downtown Buffalo, walk to the NFTA Metro Bus Terminal on Main Street. Take the #40 bus towards Niagara Falls. The bus will take you through several stops, so keep an eye on the route map or ask the driver for assistance. Get off at the stop closest to the Rainbow Bridge. From there, you can walk across the bridge to enter Canada. After crossing, follow the signs to Portage Road and head north. Marineland Canada will be on your right at 7657 Portage Rd.

Take the Amtrak train from Buffalo Exchange Street Station to Niagara Falls, NY. Once you arrive at Niagara Falls, head to the local bus stop and catch the #55 bus to the border. After crossing into Canada at the Rainbow Bridge, transfer to the #3 bus at the Canadian bus terminal. The bus will take you directly to Portage Road. Marineland Canada is located at 7657 Portage Rd, a short walk from the bus stop.
