Getting There

  • Public Transit

    To reach Niagara College Teaching Brewery from downtown Buffalo, start by heading to the nearest Metro Rail station, which is at Fountain Plaza. Take the Metro Rail towards the University Station. At the last stop, transfer to the NFTA bus #40 (Niagara Falls). This bus will take you across the border to Niagara Falls, NY. After crossing the border, continue on the bus until you reach the bus stop at the Niagara Falls bus terminal. From here, catch the GO Transit bus #12 towards Niagara-on-the-Lake. The bus will stop at Taylor Rd. Once you get off at Taylor Rd, walk about 5 minutes southeast on Taylor Rd to reach the brewery at 135 Taylor Rd.

  • Bike Rental

    If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the rental shops in downtown Buffalo. Start your ride from the Buffalo waterfront and head towards the Buffalo River. Follow the Riverwalk Trail until you reach the Outer Harbor. From there, follow the bike paths along the Niagara Scenic Parkway heading towards Niagara Falls. Once you reach the Falls, continue towards the border crossing. After crossing into Canada, follow the signs for Niagara-on-the-Lake. Taylor Rd will be on your left, and you will find the Niagara College Teaching Brewery about 1 mile down the road.

  • Walking

    Walking is not a feasible option to reach Niagara College Teaching Brewery from Buffalo due to the distance and the need to cross the border. However, if you are already in Niagara-on-the-Lake, you can walk to the brewery by heading south on Niagara Stone Rd from the downtown area. After approximately 1 mile, you will see Taylor Rd on your right. Turn onto Taylor Rd, and the brewery will be on your left at 135 Taylor Rd.
