Getting There

• Bus

  From Buffalo, head to the Buffalo Metropolitan Transportation Center located at 181 Ellicott Street. Catch the NFTA Metro Bus 40 (Niagara Falls) or Bus 60 (Niagara Falls) which will take you directly to Niagara Falls. The journey takes approximately 30-45 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to 332 Prospect St, which is the Niagara Falls State Park stop. From there, walk about 10 minutes to reach the Niagara Falls Observation Tower.

• Train

  Take the Amtrak train from Buffalo-Depew Station to Niagara Falls, NY. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Niagara Falls train station, head towards the bus stop outside the station and take the NFTA Metro Bus 40 (Niagara Falls) or Bus 60 (Niagara Falls). Get off at the Niagara Falls State Park stop. Walk for about 10 minutes to reach the Niagara Falls Observation Tower at 332 Prospect St.

• Walking

  If you are located in downtown Buffalo, you can walk to the Niagara Falls Observation Tower, although it is quite a distance (approximately 20 miles). Start walking north on Main Street, then turn left onto Niagara Street and continue straight. You will eventually reach the Niagara River and cross the bridge into Niagara Falls. Once in the park, follow the signs to the Observation Tower located at 332 Prospect St.

• Bike

  For a more adventurous option, consider biking from Buffalo to Niagara Falls. You can rent a bike from a local rental shop downtown. Head north on the Riverwalk Trail, which will take you along the waterfront directly toward Niagara Falls. Follow the bike-friendly paths until you reach the park area. Once you arrive at Niagara Falls State Park, follow the signs to the Observation Tower at 332 Prospect St.
