From downtown Buffalo, walk to the NFTA Metro Bus Terminal located at 181 Ellicott St. Take the Niagara Falls bus (Route 40) towards Niagara Falls. The bus will make stops along the way; stay on until you reach the end of the route at Niagara Falls. After you disembark, walk towards Prospect St and follow the signs to Niagara Falls State Park, which will be about a 10-minute walk straight ahead.

Head to the Buffalo Exchange Street Station located at 75 Exchange St. Take the Amtrak train to Niagara Falls, NY. The train ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Niagara Falls Station, exit the station, and take a left onto Main St. Walk straight for about 15 minutes, and you will reach Prospect St, where you will find the entrance to Niagara Falls State Park.

If you are near downtown Buffalo, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local bike-share programs. Start your ride on the scenic Riverwalk heading north along the Buffalo River. Follow the path that leads you to the Niagara River, then continue along the waterfront bike route.
