The bus stop is located near Main Street and Chippewa Street, which is a central area in Downtown. Board the bus and ride for approximately 15-20 minutes. You'll want to get off at the Parkside Avenue stop, which is close to the zoo. After disembarking, walk approximately 5 minutes northeast along Parkside Avenue until you reach the Buffalo Zoo at 300 Parkside Ave.

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike through one of the local bike-sharing services available in Downtown Buffalo. Start from the Buffalo Bike Share station located at 1 Niagara Square. Head northeast on Niagara Street and continue onto Delaware Avenue. Follow Delaware Avenue until you reach the intersection with Parkside Avenue. Turn left, and you will find the Buffalo Zoo on your right after a short ride of about 25 minutes.

    If you enjoy walking, you can make your way to the Buffalo Zoo on foot from Downtown Buffalo. Start at the corner of Main Street and Chippewa Street, head north on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Delaware Avenue. Turn left on Delaware Avenue and walk straight for about a mile. Turn left onto Parkside Avenue, and the Buffalo Zoo will be on your left at 300 Parkside Ave. The walk will take around 30-40 minutes.
