    If you're starting from the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library located at 1 Lafayette Square, head south on Lafayette Square toward W Genesee St. Continue straight onto S Elmwood Ave, then take a left onto W Huron St. Walk until you reach the waterfront, then follow the path along the water until you see signs for Canalside.
