    If you are driving, start from downtown Ithaca, NY. Head north on NY-96 N for about 10 miles. Turn left onto NY-89 N and continue for about 5 miles. You will see signs for Taughannock Falls State Park. Follow the signs to the park entrance at 1740 Taughannock Blvd, Trumansburg, NY 14886. Parking is available on-site for a small fee, typically around $8 per vehicle.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Taughannock Falls State Park via public transportation, take the TCAT bus service from downtown Ithaca. Board the TCAT Route 21 towards Trumansburg. The bus will take you to the closest stop, which is near the park entrance. From the bus stop, you will need to walk approximately 1 mile to reach the main area of Taughannock Falls. Check TCAT schedules for the latest timings. A one-way ticket costs around $1.50.

  • Bicycle

    For those who prefer cycling, you can bike from Ithaca to Taughannock Falls. Start on the Cayuga Waterfront Trail and head north towards the park.
