If you are driving, take the NY-32S from your location in Hudson Valley. Follow NY-32S, then merge onto I-87 S towards New York City. Take exit 19 for NY-28 toward Kingston/Rhinebeck. Continue onto NY-28 W, then turn left onto Broadway/NY-32 S. After approximately 2 miles, turn right onto Kingston Point Park. Park your vehicle here where you will find a small parking lot.
