From Hudson, walk to the Hudson Amtrak Station located at 1 North Front Street. Take the Metro-North Railroad Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. You will need to get off at the Peekskill Station. The train ride is approximately 30 minutes.

Upon arriving at Peekskill Station, exit the station and walk to the bus stop located directly outside. You will need to take the 63 bus towards the Bear Mountain State Park. The bus ride will take about 20 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as it may vary.
