Walking
If you're starting from the Hudson Amtrak Station, head southeast on Station Rd towards the intersection with Columbia St. Turn left onto Columbia St and continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach 3rd St. Turn right onto 3rd St and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Warren St. From there, you can either take a bus or walk towards the Hudson River waterfront and catch a bus to Albany. If you choose to walk, continue on 3rd St until you reach the Hudson River. Follow the river north along the waterfront path until you reach the end of the path, then turn left onto 2nd St and walk to the bus stop on the corner of 2nd St and Warren St.
Bus
From the Hudson Bus Stop located at 2nd St and Warren St, take the CDTA Bus #20 towards Albany. This bus will take you directly to the Albany area. You'll want to get off at the stop near the Empire State Plaza. The bus ride takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Empire State Plaza, follow the signs to the Empire Center at the Egg, which should be a short walk from the bus stop.
Bicycle
If you're renting a bike, start at the Hudson Riverfront Park. Ride north along the waterfront path until you reach the end, then take a right onto 2nd St. Continue on 2nd St until you reach the intersection with Warren St. Turn left onto Warren St and follow it to the bus station where you can catch a bus to Albany. Alternatively, if you're comfortable riding on the road, you can take Route 9G north, which will lead you to Albany as well, but be cautious of traffic.
