Car
If you are driving from the center of Hunter Mountain, head southwest on NY-23A for about 3 miles. Continue straight onto Tannersville and follow the signs for Tannersville. After entering the town, take a right onto Maude Adams Road. The Mountain Top Arboretum will be on your right at 4 Maude Adams Rd, Tannersville, NY 12485. Parking is available on-site.
Public Transportation
To reach Mountain Top Arboretum using public transportation, take the Catskill Mountain Shuttle from Hunter Mountain to Tannersville. The shuttle operates on a regular schedule, but be sure to check the latest timetable online or at your accommodation. Once you arrive in Tannersville, you will need to walk approximately 1 mile to reach the arboretum. Head southwest on NY-23A and then turn right onto Maude Adams Road. The arboretum will be located on your right. Note that the shuttle may charge a small fare, so keep some cash handy.
