From downtown Ithaca, head to the Tompkins Consolidated Area Transit (TCAT) bus stop located at 123 E Green St. Take the TCAT Route 14 bus towards 'Ithaca College'. Stay on the bus for approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop near the entrance of Robert H. Treman State Park, located at 105 Enfield Falls Rd. Follow the signs to the park entrance.

Start at the Ithaca Commons and head west on E State St. Continue straight onto W State St and then turn right onto S Cayuga St. Follow S Cayuga St until you reach the intersection with Enfield Falls Rd. Turn left onto Enfield Falls Rd and bike for about 2 miles until you reach Robert H. Treman State Park, which will be on your right.
