Car
From the center of Lake George, head south on US-9. Continue on US-9 for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with NY-149. Turn left onto NY-149. After approximately 1 mile, you will see a sign for Dunham Bay Marsh on your right. Follow the access road to the parking area.
Public Transportation
If you're using public transportation, you can take the local bus service that runs through Lake George. Board the bus at the Lake George Bus Station and ask the driver to drop you off near the intersection of US-9 and NY-149. From there, it's about a 15-20 minute walk south along NY-149 until you reach Dunham Bay Marsh. Be sure to check the local bus schedule for operating hours.
Walking/Biking
If you're already in the vicinity of Lake George and prefer to walk or bike, you can take a scenic route by following the shoreline of the lake. Start from the main beach area and head south along the waterfront. This route is approximately 3 miles and will take you through some beautiful areas before you reach Dunham Bay Marsh.
