Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Cooperstown, NY. Head south on NY-80 S for about 12 miles. Merge onto I-88 E and continue for approximately 6 miles. Take exit 22 for NY-7 toward Cobleskill. Turn left onto NY-7 E and follow it for about 2 miles. Then turn right onto NY-145 S. After about 1 mile, turn left onto Caverns Rd. Secret Caverns will be on your left at 671 Caverns Rd, Howes Cave, NY 12092. Please note that parking is available on-site.

If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Cooperstown to Cobleskill. Check with local transit services for schedules and routes, as they may vary. Once you arrive in Cobleskill, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach Secret Caverns, as it is approximately 10 miles away from the Cobleskill bus station. Expect taxi fares to be around $20-$30.

If you arrive by bus in Howes Cave, the nearest stop is at the intersection of NY-7 and Main St. From there, walk south on Main St for about 0.5 miles, then turn right onto Caverns Rd. Follow Caverns Rd for approximately 1 mile until you reach Secret Caverns at 671 Caverns Rd. This walk should take approximately 20-25 minutes.
